Gavin Buehler, RMT, DOMP

Having been a competitive athlete in his youth (gymnastics), Gavin’s journey into healthcare began naturally through personal training where his interest in structural balance and the study of movement began to blossom. Wanting more tools to help the people he worked with, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) became his first exposure to manual care which led him to pursue a diploma in massage therapy. Gavin graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with the designation of Magna Cum Laude and a hospital specialization. He has since graduated from the Osteopathic College of Ontario studying with world renowned osteopath Dr. Steven Sanet, earning his Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Theory and Practice (D.O.M.P.). Gavin maintains current certifications as a Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST) under the Stretch To Win Institute, and as a Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition practitioner. He has been in the health and fitness industry for 15+ years working with everyone from general populations to professional athletes. His experience and thorough understanding of functional anatomy and biomechanics provides a unique approach to manual therapy that includes functional and orthopedic assessment, remedial exercise therapy and a holistic perspective to tie it all together. Always looking to gain more knowledge to share with his patients, Gavin is always engaged in additional educational pursuits.
